Customer reviewsTraps extra dirt as claimed
I purchased this rug and a runner based on the claims that it would trap excess dirt and wetness. I have two dogs and two children and the back door to the yard is used by all many times a day which results in a very dirty kitchen floor. After several weeks of use I ve noticed that the kitchen floor is nowhere near as dirty as it was. The rug is vacuumed easily, but the true test of washing remains. If this continues to work this well through the winter months, I m purchasing another for the front door. It s worth the extra cost if it saves the hardwood floors. The company home page shows many more color options available in the U.K. I hope more will be available here since they aren t that easy to find.
