J. S.: Delayed But Gratfied

The rug is very nice and will look great in the boat. The wool feels great underfoot. The colors are not quite as bright as they appear in the photo in the item listing. I was disappointed it took six weeks and three tries to get the correct model rug I ordered shipped to me. Thanks to customer service for getting this straightened out. Once I notified them they jumped right on the problem and provided a prepaid return label.
