thick bordersI ve ordered several of these rugs for my house to be used in high-traffic areas and with dogs. They are very flat no pile at all , but not thin. They are durable and lay nicely without moving because they re heavy. The print is so ugly it s actually pretty and masks dirt very well. Because the edges are folded under and bound, they are very thick. I recommend custom cutting a pad to go under all but the edge to prevent a trip hazard. Overall, I am really happy with the rugs.
