Measurements were just right. It shipped in a roll and after unrolling it and letting it sit for a day or two, it was very flat. Looks great and is not terribly scratchy. In fact, I d say it is closer to soft than scratchy, although some fibers do stick up a bit. I m really pleased with this rug for my daughter s nursery - spit up can be easily wiped up. I do wonder about the light color in her room as she ages, but it cleans up nicely so far so I have high hopes.
